Jonathan worked for me for four years across a range of design and delivery ICT projects. He has a broad and deep range of IT skills and knowledge and a very strong problem solving ability. Whilst working client side, on our ICT modernisation programme, he made some key design interventions which improved the quality of our supplier’s products and services which ultimately benefited our end users. He demonstrated a keen understanding of the security implications of designs and offered sound options for reducing the risks to our information. He is fully up to date with ‘Cloud’ technology and services and offered some real insights as we started to move in that direction. Jonathan is a committed individual who appropriately challenges traditional thinking in order to move matters forward; he proved himself to be a real asset to my team.
