I worked with Jonathan on a number of projects in a secure environment over a three year period. Not only did he demonstrate excellent technical knowledge but, when considering potential solutions, always remembered that at the end of any technical solution were real people trying to do a real job. He often took time out to sit with users to fully understand their issues and worked closely with them to secure the best possible outcome, both from a technical and business perspective – something many “techies” forget to do!
He is very conscientious and very approachable. He readily offers advice and guidance and challenges when required. He made a significant contribution to the team and it was a pleasure to work with him.
